WOD is Workout of the Day from Mayhem Nation Programming. Intended for people age 15 and up.

Middle School Strength and Conditioning classes are on Mondays at 4:00 pm, Wednesdays at 4:00 pm, and Fridays at 5:00 pm (Ages 11-14)
